When it comes to protecting what is important to you, we give you peace of mind, beginning with the consultation and design to the installation and through the explanation of how the system works. Question: What is a difference between your company and the security companies that advertise on the radio and television? Answer: Many other security companies sell your monitored alarm account as soon as they leave your installation. You can be assured that we are committed to customer service and have a continued interest in your protection and security. Question: What is the difference between the equipment you sell versus your competitors? Answer: EES Systems is all about technology. We take pride in offering only the most technologically advanced systems, ensuring that our customers have systems that will integrate easily and as quickly as technology changes. We are constantly investigating new product offerings to make sure that the systems we offer are: Question: Who pays for false alarms caused by defective equipment or faulty installation? Answer: We do! False alarms are a major nuisance to you and to the police officers who must respond to them. This is why after 3 false alarms your local police department may assess false alarm fines. EES Systems is so confident with our installation capabilities and state of the art equipment, we can back our systems with a five-year false alarm abatement program: we pay for false alarms caused by our system. (Of course, our program does not cover any alarms caused by user error.) Question: What is a Central Monitoring Station? Answer: A Central Monitoring Station is where alarm signals are processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. In the event of a burglary, hold up, fire, water flow etc. a signal from the alarm panel is sent to the 24-hour Central Station who promptly notifies both the proper authorities and you or your designee. Our Central Station is UL Listed and FM approved and is located in Irvine, California. Question: If my system stops working, how long before a technician can service the system? Answer: EES Systems can service your system within hours of the first service call. |
